About

Enjoyed a solid season as he continued his maturation. Used primarily at centre half-back with occasional stints in the forward line, and was picked as the All-Australian centre half-back. Led the team in contested marks with 19 and was voted its most consistent player, finishing fourth in the best and fairest. Had minor surgery in the off-season to repair a fractured thumb.
