Had a smoother season than his debut year for the Hawks in 2004, playing some solid football as a tall defender who can run and carry the football. Injuries (jaw, back and hand) again diminished his output, but he averaged seven marks a game and was fifth for the club in contested marks. Can also play forward and is handy when fully fit and confident.
